Jade Dragon ^^^^
424 7th Ave S, Seattle
Date of visit: 10/28/07
What we had: Dim sum
Best dim sum in Seattle. In Washington. Fresh, tasty, quick, and a good variety. There's a reason they always have a line out the door. Our 10 minute wait for a table was worth it though.
Bonus points for them asking what type of tea we wanted. Felt like we were back in San Francisco...

Four Seas Restaurant ^
714 S King St, Seattle
Date of visit: 10/7/07
What we had: Dim sum
Honestly, I was hoping to try out Jade Palace, but was going to settle for House of Hong when I accidentally walked into Four Seas instead.
There was one cart and one hand held tray going around with all of about six choices for dim sum. Other customers looked as confused as we did and elected to order off the menu. We chose to leave after trying 4 of the 6 offered dim sum selections and headed to Uwajimaya for the rest of our meal.
